1. Senior Legal Manager
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, A Master degree in Corporate Law. Must be licensed by PERADI or equivalent Indonesian legal body.
2. 8+ years of proven experience in corporate Law
3. Deep understanding of Indonesian land & property rights, hotel licensing & regulations, F&B licensing, labor law, corporate law, Foreign Investment and environmental regulations.
4. Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts, leases, and procurement agreements.
5. Track record liaising with regulatory agencies and obtaining required permits across sectors.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
7. Prior experience in law firm support management is desired.
8. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
9. Willingness to travel based on project needs
10. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
